Took an ex demo civic out for a test drive on Sunday, wanted to trade in my rcz, not only was I offered a rock bottom price for my car, over 1000 less than another local garage, but 48 hours later I am still waiting for the salesman to call me about a price on the Honda. It's like they don't want to put any effort in to sell a car, this would of been my first Honda, not a great start.Update, how exactly has this been sorted ? I have had no contact from anyone your end.
Had my NC750X service on 161018 , nmentioned a paint fault on my exhaust as bike is still under warranty, Richard Boyles ( Service Desk) took details, a week later, new exhaust fitted under warranty, no quibbles, no fuss , brlliant customer service !!! Thanks again !
Popped in for a look at the African twin, and soon after a fella came over. I explained that I loved the bike but was turned away because it wasnt shaft driven. I did say, Im surprised it wasnt as it was the new Honda flagship touring adventure bike. He then went on to say most people dont like shaft driven bikes, which I disputed, then he said shaft driven bikes throws you around in gear changes, this I also disputed. I found this strange as he said hes never used a shaft driven bike. So now I was starting to feel annoyed by his false claims. I know hes trying to sell a lovely bike but hes going down the wrong road.His next comment was enough, all the bikes Ive riden I stopped him and said you dont know me and what Ive riden, he then explained he doesnt like confrontation. Well in that case dont talk absolute rubbish. I do appreciate hes trying to sell a bike, and what a beaut it is, but it soon become a battle between who knows best.The conversation was to much about him and what hes done rather than just about the bike. I left feeling shocked at what just happened.
Brilliant service , excellent and professional staff ( especially in the service department)... it was so good I took another 2 yrs service plan with them . 10/10
