Just had 2 mattresses delivered. The driver, Mike, kept me informed and turned up when he said he would. He and his co-worker brought the mattresses in, unwrapped them and took the rubbish away. They even covered their shoes when they came in as they said they might be muddy. It was a really good experience from 2 well mannered, efficient workers. Thank you, it is refreshing and such a pleasure to be able to praise good service from purchase in your store to delivery. Very well done!

Bought tv bed along with Tempur mattress. In total 3,700. Sales person sold the virtues of having delivery people put together bed as they were experienced. I agreed. When the bed arrived the delivery people had never previously built one. An hour into our first night the bed collapsed thus bending the 1,900 Tempur mattress in two which directly goes against manufacturers guidelines. Upon closer inspection bolts were loose/fallen out and workmanship was disgraceful. Called Dreams, they agreed to send replacement bed which I was of course happy with. Had to argue with them to replace Tempur but eventually agreed. A week sleeping on the floor passed before receiving new bed, delivery team sent were supposed experienced fitters. I was away on business but returned two days later, I immediately inspected work. Bolts falling out again of Ottoman mechanisms despite being put together properly. Called Dreams the following day requesting a full refund as bed is not fit for purpose and have no confidence of longevity. They have thus far refused to do so and have organised for an independent assessor to be sent out a week later. Another week without a bed. I have no confidence that the assessor will be acting in my interest here and sure they will side with Dreams. I have spent hours calling and chasing Dreams. The worst customer service. Even if they do resolve the issue this early on since delivery, what chances do I stand 2,3,8 years down the line? Disgraceful. This has created untold stress and has meant our sleep has been seriously disrupted for a fortnight. I have epilepsy and tiredness is a trigger for me, as a result have had two seizures due to lack of sleep. Today I am speaking with trading standards, furniture ombudsman and my solicitor.
